One Stop Property Shop is a fast growing, pro-active estate agency located in the heart of Bangor in a prominent High Street office. Our dedicated team of experienced staff are on hand to advise on all aspects of house sales and purchases, new developments, overseas investments, rentals and Energy Performance Certification. In recent times we have expanded and incorporated two other local estate agencies giving us wide coverage throughout the North Down and Ards Peninsula areas.

We truly believe that excellent customer service is the key to securing a sale for properties in the shortest period of time possible, with the minimum amount of disruption to all parties involved. We also work in close partnership with our sister company, One Stop Mortgage Shop, providing in-house independent mortgage advice to ensure all our customers secure the best deal possible for their subsequent property purchases.

Our properties are displayed in our office premises and in Bloomfield Shopping Centre, therefore providing extra exposure which is paramount in today’s market. We are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 1pm on Saturdays. We are also available at our new development show homes on Sunday afternoons.
